Accommodations:

Cardome Centre offers many rental options for private as well as corporate usage for events involving 25 to 400 people. The nostalgic atmosphere of Cardome entices and accommodates all groups with needs from the practical to the elegant, either simplistic or elaborate. Cardome Centre offers a variety of rental options. Step back in time and enjoy the surroundings as Cardome Centre provides a place to host your business meeting, weddings/reception, picnic, trade show, party and more.

Meals/Banquets:

We offer packages, which include everything from catering to break service, in order to make your particular event as worry-free as possible. From a Continental Breakfast to Dinner, we can help you plan around meetings and recreation.

Recreation:

If outside is what you have in mind, Cardome has you covered. The 87 acres provide a panoramic view of natural beauty. The Barn Facility is ideal for large parties, dances and family reunions. Elkhorn Creek runs along Cardome’s property. We can help you plan your game set from horseshoes, badminton, and volleyball. Adjacent to Cardome Centre is Cardome Park, which offers fishing and a boat launch.

Grounds:

$1.00 per person with other confirmed rental.
$2.00 per person without other confirmed rental.

Reservations/Deposits:

We require reservations in order to schedule a room rental at Cardome Centre. This can be done by calling or stopping by the main office Monday thru Friday from 8a.m. to 4p.m. We require a deposit to hold the room or grounds of your choice. Cardome Centre is a beautiful and historic treasure, one Georgetown and Scott County are proud to offer and share with others.

Room Layout/Setup (Policies & Procedures):

According to the room reserved and the type of event, the Rental Fee includes certain items, such as 8' banquet tables and folding chairs. You will be provided with a Customer Information Sheet showing what will be included with your individual room rental. There will be no discount if the rental requires less than the maximum amount of tables and chairs. Room setups are limited to the numbers reserved. If any layout changes are requested within a 72 hour period or the day of the event, an additional Service Charge will be assessed, as follows: additional tables and chairs above the maximum included in the rental, minimum $25.00 charge plus Rental Fee per Requested Item; additional tables and chairs that were included in the rental, $25.00 flat fee. The layout must be received in the Cardome Centre Office 30 days prior to the event date. The Cardome Centre reserves the right to cancel any event without further notice if the deadline is not followed. Full version of Policies & Procedures available.
