Conference Style Seating (No Exceptions)
**A 15% service charge will be added to the total rental
**A $200 refundable damage deposit is required on all rentals,
with exception of
businesses, civic club and non-profit meetings in Main Building.

- No Non-Profit or Civic Clubs to receive discounted rates Friday
through Sunday.
- Room usage limited to Royal Springs and Georgetown Room. If
other rooms are requested, regular rental rates will apply.
- Special Events will be charged regular rates.
- Non-Profit or Civic Clubs must provide appropriate paper work
in order to receive the discounted rates, i.e. 501C3 or National
Charter, etc.
