Room Layout/Set up (Policies & Procedures)
According
to the room reserved and the type of event, the Rental Fee includes
certain items, such as 8’ banquet tables and folding chairs. You
will be provided with a Customer Information Sheet showing what
will be included with your individual room rental. There
will be no discount if the rental requires less than the maximum
amount of tables and chairs. Room setups are limited to the
numbers reserved. If any layout changes
are requested within a 72 hour period or the day of the event,
an additional Service Charge will be assessed, as follows: additional
tables and chairs above the maximum included in the rental, minimum
$25.00 charge plus Rental Fee per Requested Item; additional tables
and chairs that were included in the rental, $25.00 flat fee. The
layout must be received in the Cardome Centre 30
days prior to
the event date. The Cardome Centre reserves the right to
cancel any event without further notice if the deadlines are not
followed. Cardome Centre staff will not be responsible
for setting up rental items from outside vendors. Rental items
used for outside events (tables. chairs, etc.) cannot be brought
into the Main Building.
