NOTE: If your guest numbers exceed the level of your contract,
you will be invoiced immediately after the event at the next level
for the percentages listed above.
Rentals 0-100 includes 104 chairs with 13, 8’ banquet tables,
4 food tables.
Rentals above 100 receive up to the maximum tables and chairs
available, based on final guest number. All rentals include indoor restrooms,
horseshoes, badminton, volleyball, and 20’ x 70’ outdoor
covered shelter.
*A 15% service charge will be added to the total rental, excluding
family reunions
**A $200 refundable damage deposit is required on all rentals,
with the exception of
businesses, civic clubs and non-profit meetings in Main Building.

provided all such items are removed at the end of the event.
Discounted rates for Friday decorating, rehearsal,
rehearsal dinners @ $50 per hour, two hour minimum |
